Our area of expertise is East Boulder County and the Estes Park Valley, both in Colorado.

East Boulder County is in the heart of one of the fastest growing commercial corridors in the state. With the completion of the Northwest Parkway, direct access to Denver International Airport and the entire Denver metro area has been streamlined. Closer to home, a number of platted projects in the surrounding communities of Broomfield, Erie, Louisville, Thornton, and Westminster are underway and continue to reshape the north metro area market. Locally, Lafayette is home to the Exempla Good Samaritan Medical Center, which serves the northern Colorado region. The hospital and surrounding campus offer a wealth of opportunities for real estate investments.

Estes Park Colorado is located approximately 60 miles northwest of Denver. Accessed via US Hwy 36 through Boulder and Lyons, Estes Park is the gateway community to the Rocky Mountain National Park with over 3 million visitors a year. This delightful community has a year round population of approximately 10,000 and a daily population during the summer months of approximately 50,000.
